Question 1: What are the requirements for lubricating oil for dry screw pumps?
The use of screw pumps cannot be separated from lubricating oil, but not all lubricating oils are helpful for it. The vacuum pump oil of the screw pump requires good smoothness, which is conducive to inhibiting corrosion and effectively reducing adhesive wear and surface fatigue wear.
Question 2: Can the screw pump run for a long time?
Generally speaking, dry screw pumps with excellent performance can run for a long time, and if necessary, can run 24 hours.
Question 3: How to solve the problem of water intrusion in dry screw pumps?
The screw vacuum pump operates on electricity, so once water enters, it will damage the internal components. When encountering such a problem, if the water intake is large, add new oil after draining the oil, and then open the gas shock valve for one hour; If the water intake is not high, such as within 2L, pause the vacuum pump, open the drainage valve, discharge the water, and open the air impact valve for one hour.
