Air pump applications inevitably encounter maintenance problems. When encountering simple malfunctions, many applications will choose to repair them themselves, which will involve the installation and restart steps of the pump. In addition, for new pumps, it is also necessary to understand the usage steps of the pump and carefully read the user manual. The vacuum pump exhaust filter manufacturer reminds users not to handle problems they do not understand without authorization, in order to avoid causing larger problems.

1. Step 1: Fill the pump with oil. Before using the vacuum pump, make sure to fill it with clean vacuum pump oil. Unscrew the oil cap typically located at the top of the pump, and observe the inner edge of the oil port opening. Fill the opening with oil until it reaches the line, then reinstall the oil cap. Make sure to use equipment specific oil, as using other mechanical oils may affect the performance and lifespan of the vacuum.
2. Step 2: Connect the instrument to the port. We need a pressure gauge kit that can connect both vacuum and pressure ports on the AC system. The blue pressure gauge and hose should be connected to the low-pressure maintenance port, while the red pressure gauge and hose will be connected to the high-pressure port. The yellow hose in the middle should connect the instrument to the vacuum cleaner. Ensure that the instruments and hoses are securely connected. Loose sealing rings may affect the vacuum degree. The sealing performance of the vacuum pump exhaust filter is also a very important part.
3. Step 3: Open the manifold valve. After the instrument is installed in place, use the valve on the AC system, which can open and close the maintenance port of the refrigerant pipeline. With the valve closed, the pressure reading on the pressure gauge should be very small or even non-existent.
