Rotary vane vacuum pump, a leading vacuum pump used for food packaging. It can use pressure controls or operate at a constant speed, making it super energy-efficient. The rotary vane vacuum pump can be used as an independent vacuum pump in packaging machines or as a vacuum module in the central vacuum supply system to ensure the specified pumping speed is maintained. No matter how the packaging volume changes, it can still accurately maintain the required vacuum degree. With the help of a variable speed driver, the pumping speed range of the vacuum pump is between 440 and 760 cubic meters per hour, reaching a maximum pressure of 0.1 millibars. All operational data is permanently recorded and saved. This data can be accessed directly from the built-in display screen or transmitted through the Modbus TCP/IP client/server protocol. In addition, the vacuum pump can be remotely controlled through a computer.
When working within a longer packaging cycle or when the vacuum pump is running in a central vacuum supply system, speed control is a more suitable choice. At this point, regardless of the change in pumping speed, the vacuum pump maintains the pre-selected vacuum degree. After reaching the required vacuum degree, the rotary vane vacuum pump continues to operate at a minimum of 35 hertz, allowing it to respond to the sudden increase in pumping speed demand by increasing the speed. In case of prolonged interruption, the vacuum pump can also be automatically switched on and off with the help of Ecomode.
The rotary vane vacuum pump is based on the mature rotary vane vacuum technology of Yazhileide Electromechanical Technology. Due to its stable volume flow curve, even at a vacuum degree of only 5 millibars, this vacuum pump can still reach 70% of its pumping speed at atmospheric pressure. A basic advantage of rotary vane vacuum pumps is that power consumption decreases when pressure drops. The rotary vane vacuum pump consumes the maximum power between restarting and reaching a vacuum degree of around 300 millibars. The vacuum pump only consumes 40% to 60% of the specified rated power within the maximum pressure operating range of 10 millibars to 0.1 millibars. This feature makes the rotary vane vacuum pump the most powerful and effective vacuum pump in its performance level. The rotary vane vacuum pump adopts two freely selectable working modes and power adjustment driven by demand, which can save more energy.
The standard built-in PLC permanently records and stores all operational data. This can not only achieve complete and uninterrupted data recording, but also display functions such as warnings and alarms. By using the self explanatory menu structure on the display screen, the operator can decide when to display these warnings and alarms and/or trigger an action. All data recorded by PLC can be transmitted in analog or digital form to other PLC, computer or SMS control units, which means that the rotary vane vacuum pump has complete connectivity.
