The application characteristics of vacuum system in alcohol distillation:
1. Energy saving. Adopting an efficient and low resistance plate type, reducing the kettle temperature, moderate reflux, and establishing a distillation process that utilizes energy at all levels reasonably; Try to use instrument control or microcomputer self-control systems to keep the equipment in a better load state.
2. High production intensity. Improving the vapor liquid flux per unit tower section, especially in the design of the fermentation tower, should pay more attention to the relationship between its vapor liquid ratio. One way to make the equipment more compact, increase production intensity and processing capacity is to use high-efficiency trays instead of the old tower calibration (with the tower body stationary).
3. Good pollution discharge performance. While minimizing the fiber content in mature mash as much as possible, the equipment should also be considered to adapt to the distillation of solid fermentation broth, minimizing the number of shutdowns and tower cleaning.
4. Fully consider the amplification effect of the tower, especially for tower equipment with an annual output of over 15000 tons. As the tower diameter is generally greater than 1.5 meters, active and advanced measures should be taken for large-diameter tower equipment to reduce the decrease in separation efficiency.
5. Simple structure and reduced cost. If the process conditions permit, choose a new tray with a simple and efficient tray structure.
