Working principle of vacuum pump
The vacuum pump operates at a certain pressure. Steam passes through the nozzle, reducing pressure and increasing speed (the potential energy of steam is converted into kinetic energy). It is sprayed into the mixing chamber at supersonic speed, mixed with the pumped medium for energy exchange. The mixed gas enters the diffuser, decelerates and increases pressure (kinetic energy is converted into pressure energy). In order to reduce the pumping load of the later stage pump, a condenser is configured. Through convection between two media with a certain temperature difference, heat exchange is carried out to achieve the purpose of condensing high-temperature media, which is discharged to atmospheric pressure

1. The vacuum pump can be installed outdoors. If it is stopped or in an icy climate, the entire device can be quickly drained because it has installed an internal connecting pipe for quick drainage
2. Install a check valve in the drainage pipe of the pump to prevent intermittent or pulsating air backflow. In order to effectively balance the pressure difference between condensers, the pipeline must be closed and there must be a suitable circuit length. It is recommended to install a drainage pipeline at the lowest point of each circuit pipe, which can also serve as the outlet for cleaning the condenser
3.When installing steam pipelines, it is necessary to pay attention to making the steam sent to the nozzle as dry as possible. There is insulation between the steam separator and the injection pump. The shorter the steam pipeline, the better. The separator should be kept dry for a long time. Therefore, the steam pipeline connected to the injection pump must be connected from the upper end of the steam main pipeline. Steam not only corrodes the nozzle but also diffuses prematurely, seriously affecting the function of the small nozzle mouth
4. Due to the requirement for high vacuum degree and the diameter of the small nozzle inside the pump, it is necessary to check whether the air pipe installed between the steam filter and the steam nozzle inside the injection pump is clean!
