When the vacuum pump is running, the oil temperature of the vacuum pump rises, and the vacuum pump oil repeatedly enters the radiator through circulation. Using the fan blades on the vacuum pump shaft to continuously blow air to the radiator, the temperature of the radiator gradually decreases, thereby achieving a decrease in the oil temperature of the vacuum pump.

Vacuum pump accessories and radiators are all aluminum tube radiators. As the usage time prolongs, carbon deposits will be generated in the radiator oil pipe, which will gradually cause blockage in the oil circuit and affect the normal operation of the vacuum pump. Therefore, it is recommended to clean the radiator once a year.
Cleaning the radiator is simple and convenient. Remove the screws on the radiator bottom plate. Remove the radiator and be careful not to forcefully tap the aluminum tube and bottom plate. Inject diluted polyester dust for about 10 minutes, then rinse with a high-pressure water gun to clear it. After rinsing, use an air gun to air dry the water. Then install it.
