1, When the imported vacuum pump is in normal operation and use, the following items should be checked every three days:
A. Is the pump oil within the range of the cursor
B. Is there any yellowing, blackening, or turbidity in the pump oil
C. Is there any abnormal sound in the sound
D. Is there any oil leakage during the operation of the vacuum pump
2, If the vacuum pump filters the metal mesh, it should be opened and cleaned every week to filter out impurities. The filter cannot filter out impurities. It is necessary to replace the filter and seal the gasket.
3, Regular maintenance and repair instructions for equipment:
The pump oil deteriorates with the operation of the pump, so it is necessary to check the degree of turbidity and viscosity through the oil window, and replace the pump oil in a timely manner. The cycle for replacing pump oil: change and clean the oil every six months. The steps for replacing the pump oil of Yazhileide Electromechanical Technology are as follows:
A. Open the suction pipe of the pump and let it start running after 5 seconds. The remaining pump oil inside the pump is easily drained.
B. First, remove the exhaust pipe, open the oil drain valve, and then pour out the pump oil
C. Close the oil drain valve and inject new vacuum pump oil from the oil filling port
D. If the pollution of the pump oil is very serious, it is necessary to add some new pump oil and clean it after running for a few minutes. If the cleaning is not in place once, it must be cleaned multiple times
E. After replacing the pump oil with a new one, let the pump start and run. After the temperature rises, confirm the vacuum limit pressure
F. The maintenance process requires cleaning the filter screen
4, Operating instructions:
(1) The imported vacuum pump generates high temperatures (40-80 degrees) during long-term operation. Therefore, after operation or just stopping, the surface should not be touched until the motor and pump body have cooled to normal temperature
(2) In case of emergency during work, immediately turn off the main power supply and resolve the issue through warranty
(3) If the equipment is abnormal, it should be stopped immediately and forced irrigation is prohibited. It should continue to work with diseases
(4) Non imported vacuum pump maintenance personnel are strictly prohibited from disassembling vacuum pump components
(5) The cloth strips, scraps, and other materials used for maintenance and upkeep of equipment should be placed in designated storage areas to prevent debris from entering the pump.
